Hushly Oropax was a weekend experiment for a fictional brand of soft silicone earplugs. AI-generated characters, packaging and short clips grew into a bold branding with its own sense of humour.
Earplugs are functional and easy to overlook. Hushly turns them into a small brand with a loud presence. Logo, typography and colour came from me; AI delivered variants for characters, motifs and motion.
Four hours of early exploration with OpenArt AI set the look. A custom model was trained to keep the characters consistent. Big ears, big lips and a reduced illustrative style became the visual base.
From the character selection the branding grew. PP Fuji carries headlines and packaging, Hushly Green sets the base. Lemon, red, blue and black/white add contrast. My part was the selection, the system and the final art direction.
Animated visuals run on the packshots, plus two short clips. One shows a neighbour knocking, comfortably tuned out with Hushly Oropax. Posters, social media and digital formats carry the same assets further.

AI can produce many images fast. What matters is which ones can become a brand and which remain pure effect.
